Allocation of grants to Italian and foreign private entities for the presentation of projects with the purpose of maintaining peace and international security

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation has drawn up some Notices of publicity for the provision of contributions to Italian and foreign private entities for the purpose of maintaining peace and international security and implementing humanitarian initiatives and protecting human rights. The Notices are published on the MAECI website, at the page:

With reference to the methods of submitting applications, for entities that have their registered office in Mozambique, Eswatini, Botswana, applications may be submitted exclusively via the Italian Embassy in Maputo. In lieu of the self-declaration of certifications, as for the model attached to the Notice, applicants must produce suitable equivalent documentation according to the legislation of the State of origin, legalized by the Embassy of Italy in Maputo.

For the purposes of compliance with the final deadline established by the Notices (September 13, 2024 for the DGMO Notice, September 13 for the DGAP Notice, September 30, 2024 for the DGUE Notice), the stamp affixed by the Embassy in Maputo upon receipt of the application will be valid.
