The Consular Section of the Embassy can provide, only to Italian citizens who are abroad on a permanent or temporary basis, certain notary services provided for by our law. Basically, this involves the collection of public deeds (powers of attorney, wills), notorious deeds, acceptances or waivers of inheritance, authentications and signatures of private documents. For these services it is necessary to go in person to the Consular Office of the Embassy.
